Dorso's Automotive Repair

I had excellent experience with Dorso and would highly recommend them. The vehicle is 28 years old and has 145k miles and had never had the tranny oil changed since I bought it new. Years ago, I had taken it to Bruce’s Tires in Osgood and was turned away because of the vehicle’s age and mileage. When I explained the situation to Joe at Dorso, he looked at differently and said “it’s all gears and just a manual transmission”. Dorso drained and refilled transmission with fresh oil exactly what had asked them to do. But what impressed me even more was that they also performed a thorough multi point inspection @ no additional charge. They emailed me a detailed report with pictures showing anything that needed attention or that they recommended keeping an eye on. The level of service, transparency, and willingness to help really stood out to me. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and appreciated for taking the time to explain what they found. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my rides back to Dorso for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended!!!

Very friendly service. Excellent work and kept me informed of progress. Always take the time to explain the work done and what they find. They maintain a number of my vehicles and have been great on all of them. Highly recommended.

Joe was fantastic at communicating any updates to me, and provided the most detailed report that I've ever received on my car. Rick was also very thorough and showed me with a laser pointer what they fixed when I arrived for pickup. They are very honest and reasonably priced for the great work that they do. I was referred by my boss and I'm grateful for it. I highly recommend and I will be returning!

I know nothing about a car other than to drive and gas up that was my husband job but since he has passed on I needed some car care. Good job as always there has been an annoying sound in my car that not always heard. I took it to the dealer and too 2 other places no one could figure it out but they did. My car is running good and I’m glad I was hooked up with them from a good friend Zemlock and they are kind and detailed if your car has any issues take it there and you will be happy.
